Realisation
We assume that for large towns, one truck could be used for every fast food restaurant in the town.
If you add rural areas, the number of mobile fast food restaurants could be doubled.
Individual license/turnover expectations
The turnover of an individual vehicle will depend on the location and the duration of use.
The turnover amount could thus be similar to that of an existing fast food restaurant.
